Job Advertisement
Advertise your job vacancy on our Job Listings. Jobs remain on the site for 30 days. You can post your job under one category which you select from our Category List. You may also nominate a subcategory (this is optional). When you post a job you will have the ability to:
- Receive Email alerts as candidates apply for your positions.
- Shortlist and communicate with Candidates through the site via your “Member Home”.
- View statistics on your job advertisements, including the number of views of your job listing and the number of applicants.
Access Talent Pool
Our Talent Pool consists of a comprehensive database of candidates looking for work. This product provides you with access to the Talent Pool for 30 days. You can search the Talent Pool for free. Search for a candidate who has all the requirements you need and contact them directly through the site. When you purchase this product you can then contact as many candidates as you like and there are no additional recruiting or placement fees payable to Your Parttime Workforce. The Talent Pool gives you the ability to:
- Shortlist your Candidates and save these details into your “Member Home”
- Contact as many candidates as you wish and communicate confidentially via your “Member Home”
- Receive email alerts when candidates respond to you
Job Advertisement and Talent Pool
These two products combined provide a powerful tool when looking to fill any position. If you are looking to fill a position quickly this is the product we recommend to give you the best chance possible to find the perfect person.
Business Services Listing
Include your details in our Business Services Listing. This will allow candidates and other site visitors to contact you directly if they are interested in your company and an employer or for the services or products you provide. Your listing will remain on the site for 12 months. The following details are included in your Business Listing:
- Employer Profile
- Email address
- Website link
- Show industries you specialise in
- Show whether you are an agency or employer
