Can I list a candidate on Your Parttime Workforce?
While recruiter’s and employment agencies are welcome to join Your Parttime Workforce to search for part time candidates and advertise any part time jobs. The philosophy behind Your Parttime Workforce is to provide an affordable, efficient and easy option for the small to medium business to obtain quality candidates. At this stage recruitment and employment agencies are not able to include their candidates directly into our Talent Pool.
Can I advertise a part time job?
Agencies are welcome to advertise any part time positions that they have available. Anyone visiting the site will see your advertisement when searching for jobs in your business postcode. As most candidates using this site are looking for part time work you are focusing on your target market.
I’ve got my own database of candidates, why would I use your Talent Pool?
Our Talent Pool may contain a candidate who matches a client’s job specifications. It can also be used as a tool to enhance your own database of candidates. Your Parttime Workforce is not intended as a replacement of your own database.
How can I contact Talent Pool candidates?
When you join Your Parttime Workforce you can make initial contact with any of our Talent Pool candidates through the website via email.
