Rhonda Sermon is a qualified Chartered Accountant with a bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia. Rhonda has held a number of senior and strategic management roles in IT, Management Consulting and Technology businesses in both Australia and the USA. Rhonda is passionate about creating part time career opportunities and has pioneered this strategy over the last 10 years in businesses she has been involved with as an integral tool to firstly attract and importantly retain staff. As a mother of two young children and business owner who has successfully implemented, managed and held numerous professional part time roles Rhonda brings with her a unique and multifaceted business knowledge on successfully embracing part time working arrangements and the genuine belief this is now critical with talent at an absolute premium.

Shereen Jolly qualified as a Chartered accountant and has a Business Degree from Curtin University with a Double Major in Finance and Business Law. Shereen gained extensive commercial business experience working throughout Australia in the public and private sector. Shereen is a mother of three young boys who successfully returned to the workforce after five years of parental leave. Most recently Shereen has worked in IT, Management Consulting and Online businesses. Shereen brings with her comprehensive and practical expertise in the daunting prospect of returning to work, successfully and effectively working in part time roles and balancing part time work with family commitments
